エニタイムフィットネスでは、入会時に重要な利用規約の説明をさせていただいております。
芝浜松町店では、基本日本語での対応となります。
英語対応が可能なスタッフも出勤しておりますが
日により滞在していない為、早急にご利用を開始したい場合は
通訳者をご同行の上、ご来店いただくようお願いいたします。
また、ご入会には以下の事項が必須となります。

①当店から繋がる日本の電話番号を取得していること
②緊急連絡先のご登録に関しては日本語が可能な方であり、その電話番号が当店から繋がるものであること
③以下の持ち物を持参すること
・クレジットカード
・現住所記載の在留カード
クレジットカードをお持ちでない場合は以下をお持ちください。
・日本の銀行のキャッシュカード
・上記銀行の通帳
・現金：初期費用分（セキュリティキー発行手数料、入会当月、翌月の月会費）
※3か月目以降の月会費のお支払いに関しては、ご登録する銀行からのお引き落としになります。

通訳者の同伴が難しい場合は、英語対応が可能なスタッフの出勤日に合わせていただく必要がございます。
※WEB入会後は利用開始日の変更が出来兼ねますのでご了承ください。
WEB入会にてあらかじめご入会いただいた方につきましては、上記の事項を満たしていない場合は、登録をキャンセルさせていただくことがございます。

Membership Information for Non-Japanese Nationals

At Anytime Fitness, we provide an explanation of our important membership terms and conditions when you join.
At Anytime Fitness Shiba Hamamatsucho, we primarily provide service in Japanese. Although we have staff members who can speak English, they are not available every day.
If you wish to begin using the gym as soon as possible, we kindly ask that you visit the club with an interpreter who can assist you during the registration process.

To complete your membership registration, you must meet the following requirements:
1. You must have a Japanese phone number that we can reach you.
2. Your emergency contact must be able to communicate in Japanese and have a Japanese phone number that we can contact you.
3. Please bring the following items:
・ A credit card
・ Your Residence Card showing your current address in Japan
If you do not have a credit card, please bring the following instead:
• A Japanese bank cash card
• Your bank passbook for the same account
• Cash to cover the initial fees (Security Key Fee, the membership fee for the current month and the following month)

Please note that membership fees from the third month onward will be automatically deducted from your registered Japanese bank account.
If you are unable to visit with an interpreter, please make an appointment for a day when our English-speaking staff is available.

Please note: If you complete your membership application online, the membership start date cannot be changed afterward.
If you apply online but do not meet the above requirements, we may be unable to complete your registration, and your application may be canceled.
